You will play a critical role in amplifying FORGED by ReFormd’s brand presence. You’ll work closely with our team to develop, execute, and optimise digital campaigns, social media content, and lead generation initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving member sign-ups, member engagement, and overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Digital Campaign Management:

• Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads) focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Optimise campaigns based on performance data to ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.

(2) Social Media & Content Strategy:

• Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with staff and in-house content creators to generate authentic, engaging content (e.g., transformation stories, trainer spotlights).
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, community management, and influencer collaborations.

(3) Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor key performance metrics (engagement rates, lead volume, cost per lead) and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Use data insights to refine content strategy and campaign tactics.

(4) Brand Storytelling:

• Support copywriting efforts by creating compelling, on-brand copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to the development of educational content that positions FORGED by ReFormd as a thought leader in fitness and performance.

(5) Collaboration & Coordination:

• Coordinate with external vendors or freelance partners as needed to scale creative production and ad executions.
