THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of elevator installation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

You will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, site teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from project award → installation → testing → commissioning → handover.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage end-to-end elevator installation projects
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, and quality
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
• Lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Project Management experience in elevators, escalators, M&E, construction, building services, or related industries
• Strong experience managing installation / construction projects
• Good understanding of project planning, site coordination, and commissioning
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and commercial awareness
