Our group is expanding and seeking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew members.

As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in our restaurant. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and are eager to start your career in the hospitality industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding food and beverages items
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer
• Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Hospitality / F&B industry is an advantage
• Self-drive and process good learning attitude
• Independent and able to multitask
• Students who are waiting for results or NS enlistment are welcome to apply
• Candidate without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
