HIRING: SAP SERVICE MANAGER
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

We are looking for experienced SAP Service Managers with strong expertise in SAP environments, preferably within Finance & Treasury, to join a global organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end SAP service delivery and support
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives
- Manage incidents, RCA, preventive actions and stakeholder communication
- Govern change management and ensure global IT standards compliance
- Conduct internal/external service reviews and vendor performance reviews
- Manage SOx, GDPR, IT Security and audit controls
- Support DR tests, certificate renewals and other periodic activities
- Collaborate with global teams, end markets, project teams and 3rd-party vendors
- Support system stabilisation, service improvements and innovation
- Manage service run costs and support implementation of new services
- Ensure supplier readiness, knowledge transfer and smooth service transition
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with 5+ years of IT Services experience
- Strong experience with SAP systems/environments
- SAP Finance & Treasury experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in large, complex global organisations
- Experience managing internal and outsourced IT service providers
- Strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes
- Experience in SOx-controlled environments, audits and data confidentiality
- Ability to independently drive Continuous Service Improvement
- Understanding of Agile / DevSecOps methodologies
- ITIL V4 certification or equivalent
GOOD TO HAVE
- ServiceNow ITSM experience
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- SaaS / integrated applications
- AI, RPA, analytics and digital solutions
- Experience using AI to improve productivity
- Previous BAT experience and understanding of BAT processes/priorities
