An F&B Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and staff management of a restaurant, café, or dining facility to ensure profitability and high service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth service, proper opening and closing procedures, and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Financial & Profit Management: Monitor store Profit and Loss (P&L), control cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor costs, and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Team Development: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor supervisors, service crew, and kitchen staff to build a high-performing team.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock counts, manage vendor coordination and deliveries, and execute waste-reduction strategies.
- Guest Relations: Champion exceptional customer service and resolve complex feedback or complaints professionally.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict food safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation protocols at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail operations.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic financial/budget literacy, inventory tracking (FIFO methods), and effective communication.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to be based at Subang Airport.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
