Full Time Spot Welder- Welder Jobs, in Novaco Resources Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Perform spot welding and welding operations according to work instructions, drawings, specifications, production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
• Set up and operate welding machines, equipment, and related tools safely and correctly.
• Inspect materials and components before welding to ensure they meet production requirements.
• Ensure proper welding position, alignment, strength, and appearance of welded components.
• Check completed welding work for defects such as cracks, weak joints, burn marks, improper alignment, or incomplete welds.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Report any machine problems, material defects, safety concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production tasks or duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in welding, spot welding, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to operate basic welding equipment and hand tools.
• Able to read and understand basic work instructions or drawings.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production work.
• Good attention to safety and product quality.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Conditions
