Job Description:
Reports to the top management.

Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.

Liaising with LTA, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.

Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans.

Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting.

Lead project quantity surveyors in subcontractors management, review of quotations and scope of works for quality, safety and engineering technicalities.

Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day to day operations.

Provide support for cost management and cost control of project.

Subcontractors management for work schedules, payments and deliverables.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for project of similar scale and complexity.
