This is a fresh grad seat. We're not hiring for a skill set you'd only pick up after years in the industry.

• No coding or technical degree needed.
• No prior Meta or Google Ads experience needed. We'll train you on the platforms.
• Real curiosity about AI tools like Claude. Using them, not building them.
• Comfortable with numbers. Spreadsheets, dashboards, reading a report and asking why.
• Can write a clean update that explains a result, not just reports a number.

Attitude & hunger, what we're actually screening for:

The technical bar is low because we're hiring for how someone thinks and moves, not what they already know. What we actually want to see:

• Has built or tinkered with something of their own. A side project, a personal AI experiment, anything self-started. Doesn't need to be marketing related.
• Taught themselves something without being told to. A tool, a certification, a skill picked up on their own time.
• Comfortable being wrong in public. Will post a bad number and own the why instead of hiding it.
• Wants to be in the room for how things get built, not just execute tasks inside them.
