**Job Description**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Previous cooking experience in commercial kitchen or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak service hours
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new culinary techniques
