Full Time Llaollao Service Crew - Eco Ardence Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Woodpeckers Group Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently handle cash transactions while maintaining meticulous records, including cashier end-of-day procedures, cash counts, credit card settlements, cash verification form, cup counts and e-Wallet closures.
• Deliver excellent customer service, uphold service SOPs, and maintain positive customer relations.
• Skillfully prepare and handle various items such as fruits, crunches, sauces, and blending ice drink following established SOPs.
• Operate and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring QSH standards (Quality, Speed, Hospitality).
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately while maintaining outlet cleanliness and organized.
• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately.
• Demonstrate awareness of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participate actively in relevant training sessions, including Halal Awareness, Food Handling and Customer Service.
• Represent the brand positively, uphold its values and perform additional duties as assigned to support the outlet’s overall success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
