We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team.

• Lead and support the project across APAC markets.
• Gather and document functional and business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain requirement and data mapping documents.
• Engage with business stakeholders and lead the project team.
• Understand Master Data Management, particularly Product, Customer, and Employee master data.
• Understand how master data is sourced, transformed, and used.
• Apply SQL-based technical knowledge to understand data pipelines.
• Support governance and change management activities.
  
  

• Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
• Good documentation skills, including functional/requirement and data mapping documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), particularly Product, Customer, and Employee data.
• Understanding of data sourcing, transformation, and usage.
• SQL-based technical knowledge and understanding of data pipelines.
• Well-versed in governance and change management
