Job Description

About Scent Senses Pte Ltd

Scent Senses Pte Ltd is a fast-growing perfume wholesale company operating in Singapore and international markets. We handle high-value branded fragrances and cosmetics in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and discipline are critical.

We are looking for someone to take full control of day-to-day warehouse floor operations — specifically picking, packing, dispatch flow, and team discipline.

This role is about execution.

About the Role

We're looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to run our warehouse floor day-to-day. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role — not a desk job. You'll be responsible for making sure orders are picked fast, packed correctly, shipped accurately, and that the floor runs with discipline and urgency every single day.

You won't be designing strategy. You'll be enforcing standards and driving output — every shift, every order, no exceptions.

If you take pride in speed, accuracy, and running a tight operation, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Picking& Packing Control

Assign and manage daily picking lists across staff

Ensure every order is picked accurately and efficiently

Personally double-check high-value shipments before dispatch

Enforce strict packing standards

Continuously cut down order processing time

Speed & Productivity

Track daily output per staff member

Drive continuous improvement in picking speed

Eliminate idle time during peak hours

Allocate manpower based on real-time workload

Error Reduction & Discipline

Push picking errors toward zero

Root-cause mistakes and fix them immediately — not after the fact

Enforce SOP compliance without exception

Keep the warehouse layout clean and organised

Ensure barcode/scanning procedures are followed correctly every time

Team Supervision

Directly supervise warehouse assistants

Train new staff on picking and packing processes

Set clear daily expectations

Hold the team accountable — firmly, but fairly

Coordination

Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Sales Team

Escalate stock discrepancies the moment they're found

Correctly prioritise urgent orders

Performance will be measured on

Picking accuracy rate

Packing error rate

Order turnaround time

Output per worker per day

Warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Team punctuality and discipline

Requirements

3–6 years of warehouse operations experience

Proven experience supervising floor staff

A strong, assertive personality — comfortable enforcing discipline

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Comfortable being on your feet and active in a warehouse environment for full shifts

Familiarity with barcode/inventory systems (preferred)

Who Thrives in This Role

People who enjoy running operations on the ground, not from behind a screen

People who take pride in speed and accuracy

People who are hands-on and step in when needed, not just delegate

People who can manage a team firmly but fairly

People who understand that mistakes on the floor cost real money

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary

Performance bonus tied to operational KPIs (accuracy, turnaround, output)

Stable, long-term role in a growing company

Shift & Location Details

Working hours/shift pattern: Six days a week

Warehouse location: 8 Jalan Kilang Timor, Kewalram House
