HR cum Admin Senior Executive

Reporting directly to the director, this full-time role requires a organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Description
- HR Administration:
- Maintain staff records, manage leave tracking, and draft employment contracts or letters. Foreign migrant recruitment ,sourcing, screening, legal processing, and welfare management for international workers in compliance with local labor and immigration frameworks like those outlined by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews and hiring decisions
- Managing HR records and documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Coordinate staff probation reviews, performance evaluations, and training activities.
- Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB etc
- Handle daily office administration and document filing.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
- Continuously reviewing and improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- External security guards : Effective communication with external security guards.
- Government Audit & Compliance : Attending periodic audits from Malaysian regulatory bodies like LHDN, Customs, PERKESO, Immigration, MBDK, DBKL requires maintaining organized, audit-ready records for at least seven years, mapping system and operational data directly to statutory rules, and appointing a clear internal response team.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure internal company policies follow local labor laws and employment regulations.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles with a proven track record, including hands-on experience in HR or Admin operations and knowledge of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training & d evelopment, compensation & benefits). Experienced in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
