In-House handling litigation cases. Job description/requirements:
- Familiarity with Malaysian court procedures and documents e-filing system
- Preparing Statement of Defence, Application
- Working experience in Law Firm (related to third-party bodily injury/motor accident claim an added advantage)
- Language: Good written/spoken Bahasa and English
- Dealing with clients, external legal counsel and court liaison
- Litigation team support
