We are looking for an (Assistant) Marketing & Sales Executive to join the team. This is a hybrid role, which means you get to experience both sides of the business - how we use marketing to get people interested, and how we actually close the deal.

Your Job Entails…

Handling Leads: Following up ad leads. Reach out to them to see what they need before passing them to the seniors.

Organizing Events: Helping out with roadshows, events, or client gatherings. Coordinating the logistics and making sure things run smoothly on the actual day.

Sales Admin Support: Preparing simple proposals, quotation drafts, and invoices for new clients so everything is ready to go.

Basic Content & Data Entry: Posting simple updates on social media and keeping the client contact list neat and updated.

Requirements

Not Shy to Talk: Comfortable calling someone you don't know or talking to clients face-to-face. Ability to speak clearly and politely.

Super Organized: Ability to juggle a few things at once, write things down, use a calendar, and remember to follow up when promised.

Flexible: Able to handle fast changes and last-minute adjustments without panicking.

Background: Diploma or Degree in any field. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or event helper roles is a big plus. Fresh grads with a good attitude are totally welcome.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
