Assess and process medical and non-medical insurance claims.

Review Pre-Authorisation and LOG requests.

Liaise with customers, hospitals, clinics and internal teams on claims matters.

Follow up on outstanding claims, payments and refunds.

Prepare claims settlement letters, reports and other documents.

Handle claims enquiries, disputes and appeals.

Check claims for discrepancies or potential fraud and escalate when necessary.

Update claims records and systems accurately.

Assist with UAT, system enhancement and process improvement projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.
