Full Time Quality Control Assistant (Protege) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Holstein Selama Dairy Pahang - Maukerja

Summary Of Responsibilities.

• Conduct swab tests and cleaning inspection on production equipment before it is released for use to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor and record the quality of finished goods during production to ensure that they meet all product specifications.
• Check and verify the volume of the product during production to ensure that it aligns with label information and packaging standards.
• Perform packaging inspections and monitors for any defects or issues such as leakage, mislabeling, or improper sealing.
• Responsible for conducting product sampling as per established guidelines and company protocols.
• Ensure that the UHT production area is maintained in a clean and organized condition, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform hourly monitoring and recording of storage tank temperatures to ensure proper storage conditions are maintained.
• Ensure that production personnel comply with GMP hygiene requirements before entering the production area and before handling any equipment or materials.
• Inspect on-hold finished goods located in production or designated storage areas to ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Required to temporarily replace other QC positions such as those in the pasteurized, batching, or powder lines during rest days or staff absences.
• Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior in support of quality control and production operations.

Education & Skills Requirement.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
• Fresh Graduate are also encouraged to apply. Training provided.
• Have good knowledge of GMP, HACCP & Halal standard and requirement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
