About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Support Officer to support the day-to-day operations and facilities of an education environment. The role covers general upkeep, logistics support, room access and basic administrative duties.

 Salary: $1,700 – $1,900/month
 Location: West Singapore
 Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9.15am – 6.30pm
Friday: 10.15am – 6.30pm

Job Scope

• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of equipment and work areas

• Support the setup and arrangement of furniture and equipment for school activities and events

• Assist with logistical arrangements and movement of equipment when required

• Accompany contractors during scheduled inspections, servicing and maintenance works

• Manage the opening and securing of designated rooms and facilities

• Assist with basic cleaning of classrooms and designated rooms

• Support the locking and securing of classrooms, staff areas and other facilities

• Perform simple administrative and office-related duties

• Carry out other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Comfortable performing hands-on operational and facilities-related duties

• Prior Experience in School Operation Management will be advantageous

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
