- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define product and process requirements.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process simplification.
- Translate business needs into clear functional documentation, workflows, and business rules.
- Define and document product-related data requirements for quotations, policies, claims, and other insurance functions.
- Support rules-based automation and end-to-end business process optimization.
- Configure products, workflows, and business rules within digital platforms and systems.
- Work closely with technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful project implementation.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and secure alignment on delivery decisions and project priorities.
- Contribute to Agile and DevOps-based project delivery environments.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Business project delivery practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
