Work location: Hybrid (Boon Lay + WFH)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects from design to delivery.
Develop research protocols, methodologies, data collection tools, and analysis plans using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
Oversee data collection, analysis, interpretation, and evidence synthesis.
Translate research findings into actionable insights, reports, publications, and service improvement recommendations.
Manage project timelines, governance, ethics, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support grant applications, publications, and research dissemination.
Requirements:
Master's or PhD in Public Health or any relevant healthcare related field
(Fresh Masters graduates are welcome to apply)
Academic or professional hands-on experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation
Experience with analytical software, such as R, Stata, SPSS,NVivo, or equivalent tools, will be a strong advantage
