Responsibilities
Part-time F&B Butler - Ad-hoc
Location: Raffles Place
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
Working hours: 9am to 6pm or 11am to 3pm
Attire: Plain White Blouse with Blank pants & black formal shoes
Job Scope
- Assist Head Butler to coordinate all F&B service requirement
- Ensuring proper preparation and presentation of all food and beverages according to Service Manual standards and hygiene guidelines. This includes appropriate table setting and consistent F&B delivery
- Ensuring pantry duties (opening & closing) are carried efficiently and thoroughly, including all washing, cleaning and polishing of equipment
- Assist to coordinate F&B consumption tracking, manage inventory stock items
Job Requirements
- Min. N-Level, working experience in F&B will be an advantage, preferably with Culinary Certificate
- Able to handle and adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Able to serve non-halal food and drink
- Basic knowledge in Wine & Dine service experience and delivery
- Passion for service with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a stressful environment
- Team player with good time management skills
