Company Description Face Craft Studio is an AI-powered photography company that combines artificial intelligence, professional photography, and cloud technology to deliver seamless and engaging visual experiences.

The studio offers services such as instant premium photo printing, cloud-based photo galleries, secure online photo purchasing, QR code photo downloads, and cinematic drone photography and videography. Its technology-driven solutions support tourism destinations, heritage attractions, shopping malls, corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation

• Conduct daily stock counting and inventory checking

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and leave

• Coordinate and monitor daily staff activities

• Assist with staff scheduling and daily work assignments

• Ensure staff follow company procedures and operational guidelines

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and records

• Monitor shop supplies, equipment and operational needs

• Report inventory, staff and operational issues to management

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the shop

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in administration, retail, inventory or operations is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and coordinate with staff

• Willing to work in a shop/retail environment
