Company Description

Banafee KL is a company that operate a restaurant and a convenience store (mart). Currently, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive and we are located at Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (near Glenagles Hospital).

Role Description

The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the management team in making sure all accounting and financial records are accurate and is reponsible for financial reporting for the company.

Job Salary Range

RM4,000.00 to RM5,500.00 (negotiable depending on the candidate's prior experience).

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting (at least 1 to 4 years), preferably in F&B, hospitality, or related industries.

Good organisational and time-management abilities.

Has Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.

Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software and Zeoniq POS System is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

Provide and maintain General Ledger (GL) for the company.

Provide all the necessary financial reporting (eg: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow).

Ensure accurate documentation for all account & finance related documents and files.

Cross-check with the Purchasing team for all purchases made by the company.

Work together with the HR team for statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB).

Manage the Account & Finance team.

Prepare payment plan for the company.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
