Full Time Junior Graphic Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,786 in CloudExpo Selangor - Maukerja

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, or a strong portfolio from internships and personal work
• Strong eye for design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and visual consistency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, mainly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus
• Comfortable retouching photos, resizing assets, and preparing clean FA files for both web and print
• Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, while understanding that strong thinking, taste, and strategy remain human responsibilities
• Strong time management, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs and hit deadlines
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and takes direction well
• CapCut or basic motion design skills are a nice bonus

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the exhibition team at CloudExpo. The exhibition team designs and builds physical exhibitions and events, and increasingly helps key accounts run those events end to end. You'll support the senior designers on live projects, turning briefs into polished visuals across social media, print, and on-site graphics. This is a hands-on role where your work goes out to real clients and gets seen at real events, so you'll learn fast and see your impact quickly.

• Asset production: Create social media graphics, backdrops, posters, and banners using existing brand templates
• Concept and strategy: Translate creative briefs into mood boards and design concepts
• Image editing: Retouch photos, crop graphics, and resize visual assets
• Design support: Assist with visual research, mood board creation, and layout adjustments
• Production prep: Export production-ready final artwork (FA) files optimised for web or print
• Flexibility: When there's no active exhibition project, you may be assigned to support the digital team or take on other tasks your supervisor directs, so we can move manpower to where it's needed
