Working location: Kamunting, Perak
Working hours: Option A: Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Option B: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 6:30pm

CT YONG MOTORS Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in our Kamunting, Perak office. With a total of 8 branches, we are a growing company, and in this full-time role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

· Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company’s financial transactions into accounting software

· Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

· Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients

· Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings

· Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts

· Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

·E-invoice task

What we're looking for

1. Experience with accounting software such as SQL accounting (preferred)

2. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts

3. Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements

4. A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
