ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor delivering major building projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across large-scale Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments, ensuring construction works meet project, contractual and quality requirements.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage QA/QC activities and quality systems across building construction projects.
Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures and inspection requirements.
Coordinate inspections, testing and quality documentation with project teams and subcontractors.
Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with project specifications and standards.
Manage non-conformance, corrective actions, defects and quality-related issues.
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to maintain quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related discipline.
Strong QA/QC experience within building construction projects.
Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspections, audits and documentation.
Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
