We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Assist in company operations and goods inventory management.Responsible for purchasing of vegetables / fruits, frozen foods, frozen chickens/meats/fishes, groceries, packaging etc.Ensure that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a commitment to delivering a superb dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Monitor sales, P&L, food costs, labor costs and wastage.
Manage staff scheduling, rostering and manpower planning.
Ensure service quality, hygiene, food safety.
Manage inventory, ordering, suppliers and stock levels.
Support kitchen operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
Monitor kitchen efficiency, food preparation and service standards.
Train and develop service and kitchen staff.
Conduct staff performance reviews and handle staff issues.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a good customer experience.
Manufacture of cooked-food preparations dinner ,Manufacture of souce cooked-food preparations for nasi lemak
