Full Time Senior Executive (Community Care Cluster) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Senior Executive, Community Care Cluster supports the effective operation and development of the Community Care Cluster through programme administration, operational coordination, community insights and strategic communications.

Responsibilities: -

• Build community insights and convert them into narratives and collaterals for marketing purposes.  
• Document programme narratives and institutional records and other artefacts such as programme rationale, development, milestones, partnerships, outcomes and lessons learned from the lived experience of the community. 
• Highlight developments that may indicate emerging community needs, service gaps or opportunities for preventive interventions.
• Administrative oversight of timely and smooth delivery of service  
• Collect and manage service data and ensure data integrity and security. 
• Support grant applications, budgets, programme reporting and compliance 
• Maintain accurate and timely programme documentation, administrative workflows, service records and follow-up processes. 
• Prepare programme reports, statistics and administrative updates for meetings or submission to relevant authorities or the Board.

Requirements: -

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong administrative and data management skills
• Ability to independently develop written content and basic visual communication materials.
• Proficiency in preparing clear and engaging communication materials.
• Advanced graphic design skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in media relations and corporate marketing would be an advantage.
