Job Description

• Prepare service maintenance schedule and ensure site operation
• Coordinate service schedule with team of technician
• Perform design and installation for ACMV (residential and commercial)
• Liaise with clients on site requirements and provide solutions
• Provide technical support when required for troubleshooting and design

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• Preferably 5 years or more of relevant ACMV/HVAC service, maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability and good understanding of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple service issues with minimal supervision
• Able to work under stress and adapt to site requirements
