They are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Operations Executive to join their team. This role involves coordinating full-service catering events, managing logistics and operations, and supporting the team on-site to ensure seamless event execution. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Kota Damansara PJ

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
• Generate leads and actively follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Promote Go Cater's catering services to corporate clients, event organisers, schools, organisations, and individual customers.
• ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, packages, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.
• Develop and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and assist with content planning and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Support other marketing and business development initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, F&B, catering, events, or a related industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers and business clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Comfortable attending events, client meetings, and conducting business development activities.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy catering and event periods.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or business development activities when required.

Remuneration packages:

• Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
• Allowance: RM300
• Total Monthly Income Potential: Up to RM3,300
