The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering effective sales pitches to potential clients, negotiating prices and contracts to offer competitive solutions, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior shipping experience are welcome to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• To identify and develop new business opportunities. Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential clients.

Price & Contract Negotiation:

• Offer competitive and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs and strive to provide the best customer service experience.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with clients. Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a professional manner.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with internal departments and coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operation process.

About you

• 1 years of sales experience preferred.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Committed, proactive and self-motivated.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

• Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.

• Able to start as soon as possible.
