JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution Architect to lead solution design and delivery for Finance/SCM transformation initiatives. Experience in the Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and consulting engagements across D365 F&O Finance and SCM.
• Design, present, and demonstrate scalable D365 F&O solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and develop functional design documents for identified gaps and customizations.
• Define integration touchpoints and ensure the appropriate sequence of execution across business processes.
• Support the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from solution design through implementation and support.
• Partner closely with SMEs, developers, business users, architects, and key stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Translate business and industry requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Manage changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus and customer alignment.
• Engage confidently with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of functional leadership experience in Finance/SCM solutioning and client-facing consulting.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Finance & SCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O technology, architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Finance/SCM business processes and integration points.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong executive presence and confidence working with senior management.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in the Industrial MRO industry.
• Strong combination of Finance/SCM business knowledge and IT strategy/architecture expertise.
