Full Time PLANNER, FACILITIES (ELECTRICAL ENGINEER) Jobs, in Onsemi Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Lead project coordination for tools hook-up, facilities utilities expansion and cleanroom conversion projects from planning through installation and commissioning
• Coordinate facilities electrical and mechanical utilities expansion required to support new tools, production, capacity expansion and factory infrastructure.
• Review technical conceptual design, drawings, layout and job completion.
• Interface directly with production team to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.
• Plan and execute reliability improvement projects to focused on new technology development, evaluation, and application to both to both existing and emerging risk.
• Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost saving and improvement plan.
• Communicate and implement project expansion works within consultant, contractor and procurement.
• Priority to work with project team on the given task done within the timeline.
• To provide exceptional skills in prioritizing work and able to complete multi task projects.
• Serve as primary liaison to government and statutory bodies (DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, Majlis), ensuring full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and building regulations.

• Responsibilities

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred 5 years and above hands-on experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Familiar with project expansion, utilities upgrade, retrofit projects and tools hook-up.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Creativity in trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and work in a highly effective team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and advance several tasks in parallel
• Dynamic and resourceful person with good analytical, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Certified energy managers add as advantage
• Computer literate and good grasp of MS office and Auto CAD.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
