Job Title: Clinic Assistant
Location: Klinik Hayat, Ampang, Taman Kosas, Selangor
Working Hours: Rotational 3-shift system (Night, Morning, Evening) — clinic operates 24 hours

Job Scope:

• Attend to patients at the front counter — registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management
• Assist doctors during consultation and minor procedures
• Handle patient records and basic documentation
• Manage cash/payment collection and basic billing
• Assist with dispensing of medication as instructed by doctors
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms and clinic area
• Monitor medicine and supply stock, flag shortages
• Handle basic patient inquiries and escalate complaints where needed
• Support handover between shifts to ensure continuity of patient care
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent (healthcare-related qualification an advantage)
• Willing to work rotational shifts including night shift, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication skills, patient and compassionate with patients
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
