G & W Ready-Mix Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality ready-mix concrete. We serve diverse projects island wide, including institutions, private and industrial sectors, piling jobs, and HDB developments.
Job Summary
Manage and ensure quality control of ready-mix concrete products by implementing quality systems, conducting inspections, handling customer complaints, and supporting product development and ISO documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage all quality aspects and technical matters related to ready-mix concrete to ensure product compliance
Conduct inspections and testing activities following established procedures to maintain quality standards
Collaborate with relevant HODs to implement quality systems and ensure testing meets specifications
Perform site visits to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality control
Conduct trial mixes at batching plants to validate product quality and performance
Maintain, review, and update all quality records accurately for traceability and compliance
Identify causes of product non-conformity and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Develop and improve concrete products through formulation and testing
Prepare and maintain documentation required for ISO certification compliance
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or building materials, preferably in ready-mix concrete manufacturing or related products
Proficient knowledge and experience in ISO documentation processes
Experience in concrete technology and quality control
Possession of Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
