Full Time Head of Retail Sales Jobs, in ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Retail revenue and order targets aligned with Malaysia’s business plan
• Execute channel strategies across Traditional Retail, Modern Trade, Distributors, and E-commerce
• Expand and strengthen retail presence across Malaysia, ensuring comprehensive geographical coverage and maximizing product availability at all key customer touchpoints
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
• Strengthen distribution coverage and improve product availability across all touchpoints
• Lead engagement with key retail accounts, distributors, and e-commerce platforms
• Drive joint business planning and execution with key partners
• Ensure strong in-store execution, trade activation, and digital visibility
• Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to drive performance and engagement
• Use data and insights to monitor performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ASSA ABLOY processes, policies, and governance standards
• Drive operational excellence in sales planning and execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or channel sales within similar industry
• Strong understanding of multi-channel retail (offline + e-commerce)
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, manage key accounts & deliver results
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong ownership and accountability for business outcomes
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions
