Full Time Senior Executive - Executive, Marketing - Communications Jobs, in RAJAH & TANN SINGAPORE LLP Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking to hire a Senior Executive / Executive, Marketing & Communications to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, communications, events management, preferably within a professional services environment. You will work closely with Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic events, manage credentials and deal information, and support legal directory and awards submissions.

Key responsibilities

Events (strategic planning & delivery)

• Plan and deliver firmwide and practice-specific events (e.g., client seminars, webinars, thought leadership sessions and flagship initiatives) aligned with business development and positioning objectives.
• Partner with practice groups and partners to shape compelling, market-relevant event themes and content (including cross-practice initiatives).
• Manage end-to-end execution, including timelines, speaker coordination, invitations, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across events and broader campaigns, including linkage to directory submissions, credentials and firm narratives.
• Track engagement metrics and outcomes (e.g., attendance, client engagement, follow-up opportunities) to inform future programming.

Deals database & credentials support

• Oversee matter updates to ensure deal/case information is current, accurate and usable for submissions, pitches and credentials.
• Drive adherence to matter capture processes, ensuring relevant matters are systematically logged, maintained and readily available for submission cycles and campaigns.
• Maintain high-quality matter data (completeness, clarity and consistency) to support both rankings and broader marketing/BD use cases.

Rankings, legal directories, awards & league tables (end-to-end ownership)

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of directory submissions and rankings materials for key publications (e.g., Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and relevant awards/league tables).
• Plan submission timelines, manage inputs and ensure high-quality narratives and work highlights are drafted, edited and submitted in line with each directory’s requirements.
• Coordinate matter lists and client referees, ensuring completeness, consistency and accurate positioning across practices and jurisdictions.
• Track outcomes (rankings, shortlists, wins) and support internal reporting, insights generation and reuse of content for credentials and future submissions.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a communications team within a corporate environment preferred.
• Law firm experience will be advantageous.
• Strong oral communications skills.
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• High level of logistical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
