Full Time Jewel Ambassador | Based at Jewel Airport| Training Provided Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,650 in CERTIS Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle indoor ticketing operations, crowd control activities, and re-entries
• Attend to customer’s enquiries pertaining to admissions or ticketing processes and procedures
• Interact with guests with a fun and cheerful disposition
• Identify and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimally 1 GCE ‘O’ Level credit
• Able to perform 12 hours shift
• Training will be provided
• Customer service orientated
• Singaporean only

Salary Overview:

• Monthly gross salary from $2,760 - $3,650 (salary commensurate with years of Customer Service experience)
• Annual Leave, Medical and Hospitalisation Leave, Insurance Coverage etc.
