Senior Security Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead and execute cybersecurity consulting engagements, including security assessments, architecture design, gap analysis, and remediation roadmaps.
• Translate client business and compliance requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project/engagement managers.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation: solution designs, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and executive summaries.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Leverage AI agents to help run analysis and tighten outputs.
• Design and implement security solutions across domains.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) exercises as part of solution design and validation.
• Deploy security tool based on security design.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure minimal disruption to clients.
• Leverage AI to create deployable artifacts.
• Operate and maintain deployed security tools as part of ongoing managed security services (MSS).
• Integrate security tools with SIEM/XSIAM/SOC platforms for centralized log ingestion.
• Support incident response by providing tool-level context, log analysis, and remediation actions when SOC escalates findings.
• Leverage developed agents to help with MSS.
• Partner with the sales team as a technical subject-matter expert during the sales cycle for consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience across several of the following: security architecture, security tool implementation, managed security operations, SIEM/XDR integration, automation, and client-facing consulting. Hands-on implementation experience and client-facing delivery experience are essential.
• Strong experience in one or more security domains.
• Experience deploying and integrating security solutions with enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust principles
• Experience developing or leveraging automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or API integrations.
• Knowledge of SOAR platforms and workflow automation.
• Experience using AI/LLM technologies securely for security operations, threat analysis, documentation generation, and investigation workflows.
