Responsibilities
Great opportunity to work with reputable MNC company in Singapore!
Monday - Friday , 8am to 5:30pm / 8:30am to 6pm (Rotate)
With Incentives + Bonus!
Job Descriptions:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Respond to emails and general enquiries
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges or passes when required
Process payments or invoices when applicable
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and friendly
Preferred knowledge in procurement systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates available to start on short notice will have an added advantage
