Full Time Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in Secret Recipe Selangor - Maukerja

Position: Service Crew
Location: Secret Recipe, Citta Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure tables, dining areas and service stations are clean and well maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Assist with cashier and payment transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B experience is an advantage but training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
