Role Summary

The CRM & Automation Specialist manages lead pipelines, automation workflows, behavioural nurturing, and conversion-focused communication. This role ensures leads receive timely, accurate, and personalised communication throughout the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build WhatsApp, email, and SMS automations tailored to each programme.
• Manage CRM pipelines, workflows, and lead routing logic.
• Maintain data integrity, ensure accurate tagging, and prevent duplicates.
• Write conversion-focused landing pages, follow-up templates, and email sequences.
• Produce weekly funnel performance reports for HMS and Sales Team Lead.
• Collaborate with Sales Team Lead to monitor lead behaviour and reduce drop-offs.

Technical Competencies

• GoHighLevel (preferred) or equivalent CRM platforms
• Automation workflows (triggers, conditions, pipelines)
• Copywriting for funnels (email, WhatsApp, retention flows)
• Basic HTML email formatting
• UTM tracking & integration
• Data segmentation & lead scoring
