Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety, and support project completion on schedule and to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities at project sites to ensure adherence to plans and standards
• Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors to optimize site productivity and workflow
• Monitor work progress and identify site issues to implement timely solutions and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, site coordinators, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align activities and resolve challenges
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution in an active construction environment
