Full Time TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in STAR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical wiring, cables, switches, lighting, power distribution systems, and electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, control panels, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
• Assist with commissioning and testing of electrical installations and equipment.
• Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters safely and correctly.
• Ensure electrical works comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and applicable Singapore standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other technicians during installation and maintenance works.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Identify potential electrical hazards and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and safely used.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Perform other electrical-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification or technical training in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Installation.
• Practical experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and testing methods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work at construction/project sites and perform overtime when required.
