Full Time LIGHTING PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Soul Lighting Selangor - Maukerja

Soul Lighting Sdn Bhd is looking for a Lighting Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Shah Alam, Selangor.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest and experience in the lighting industry, particularly in product sourcing, supplier management, pricing and procurement.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and procure lighting products based on project and business requirements.
• Identify and develop relationships with lighting suppliers, manufacturers and brands.
• Research new lighting products, brands and suppliers in the market.
• Review product specifications, pricing, MOQ, lead time and availability.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project and Technical teams on product requirements.
• Follow up on purchase orders and delivery status.
• Monitor supplier performance and product availability.
• Maintain updated supplier and product information.
• Keep up with new lighting products, technologies and market trends.
• Support the team in identifying cost-saving and sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement/purchasing/sourcing experience.
• Candidates with lighting industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of lighting products and basic technical specifications.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and negotiating quotations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on orders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
