Responsibilities
Merchandising Supervisor (Personal Care)
Location : Melaka. Salary : Up to RM5,000/month
Role Summary:
Lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong relationships with store partners. Responsible for stock management, tester availability, and reducing out-of-stock (OOS) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee in-store displays and promotions
- Evaluate store layouts to maximize product impact
- Monitor inventory and sales performance (maintain OOS <5%)
- Coach and brief merchandisers on new product launches
- Provide weekly reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of merchandising practices and retail operations
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs
- Preferably with personal care products merchandising experience
- Must own a car for work-related travel
