Full Time Accountant Jobs, in TAJUKMAS CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.

• Prepare project costing, monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flows.

• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

• Liaise with project teams on billing, progress claims, payment certificates, and collections (where applicable).

• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.

• Support internal and external audit processes.

• Assist in accounting system implementation, process improvements, and other finance-related projects as required.

• Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience with hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts.

• Experience in the construction, engineering, or property development industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates without construction accounting experience are welcome to apply, provided they have strong full set accounting experience and are willing to learn project accounting.

• Knowledge of project accounting, progress billing, and project costing will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount or similar systems.

• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
