Responsibilities
Executive Assistant to Director
Salary:
$2,500 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)
Location:
Pioneer
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director
Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and business arrangements
Communicate and follow up with clients, partners, and internal teams
Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
Assist with business discussions and partnership coordination
Track assigned matters and ensure timely follow-up
Handle confidential information professionally
Requirements:
Relevant executive assistant, administrative, or business support experience is an advantage; candidates without experience may be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and presentable in business settings
Quick learner with strong adaptability and initiative
Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to communicate confidently with clients and business partners
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
