Full Time Electrical Technician (Production) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,950 in C-Pak Cergas Sdn. Bhd Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for production machines and equipment.
• Attend to machine breakdowns and respond promptly to production issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical components such as motors, sensors, relays, contactors, switches, solenoid valves, and control panels.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize machine downtime and production interruption.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to the maintenance schedule.
• Perform electrical wiring, component replacement, machine modification, and improvement works.
• Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams and machine wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot basic PLC, inverter/VFD, servo, sensor, and automation-related issues.
• Assist Engineering/Production teams during machine setup, installation, modification, and commissioning.
• Monitor machine electrical conditions and identify potential problems before breakdown occurs.
• Record machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare parts used.
• Work closely with Production Operators to understand machine problems and provide technical support.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to company safety procedures and electrical safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance, especially in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in production machine troubleshooting and maintenance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control circuits.
• Able to troubleshoot 3-phase motors, sensors, relays, contactors, control panels, and machine wiring.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and inverter/VFD troubleshooting.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings/schematics.
• Familiar with electrical testing equipment such as multimeter and clamp meter.
• Able to work in a production environment and respond to machine breakdowns when required.
• Willing to work shift / overtime / weekends / public holidays when required.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to work independently.

Pay: From RM1,950.00 per month
