Job Summary

The Operations Executive supports the Operations / Assistant Operations Manager by managing daily banquet operations and administration, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banquet operations to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction
• Administer banquet-related processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with safety procedures
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
• Adapt to irregular working hours to meet event scheduling demands
• Demonstrate commitment to service excellence by proactively enhancing guest experience
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
• Lead and motivate banquet staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high service standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of banquet operations executive experience, preferably in the hospitality industry (from "You MUST have at least 1 years of banquet operations executive experience preferably from Hospitality Industry")
